My only goal is to help you identify and reach your goals for Whole Body Wellness--and to enjoy the process! As your Wellness "running buddy" I will encourage & coach you on your path, honoring that you are empowered to be in charge of your wellbeing. I believe that the key to Whole Body Wellness is learning to nurture the needs of both the body & mind together through exercise, mindful meditation, and a holistic approach to overall health.
